Serrano has fought and won wore a Superwoman t-shirt this week , just like Hardy at MMA. Her loss in 38 bouts has been in Frida Wallberg’s home state of Sweden through decision. She is a fighter that is unique and the Taylor fight would be enormous.
“It is not unusual anymore to get a women’s fight on a card,” Taylor reflected earlier this season after a thunderous success over Delfine Persoon at Madison Square Garden to become undisputed champion.
“Boundaries are broken down over the last few years – not just by myself, but in addition by Nicola Adams, Claressa Shields and so many fighters that came before us, as well, such as Jane Couch.”
